- The requesting resident shall submit the then‐current form (see below) to the Harvest Farms Architectural Committee (HFAC). All documentation should be emailed to [email protected]. If unable to email, the requesting resident should mail all documentation to the PO Box listed at the top of this website, with attention to Harvest Farms Architectural Committee.
- The HFAC shall acknowledge receipt of the request to the resident via email (or US mail if needed)
- The HFAC shall determine whether the request meets all stated covenant requirements.
a) If it does, with a vote by majority, the HFAC shall send the appropriate response to the resident within 30 days of submission.
b) If it does not, the HFAC shall evaluate the request for architectural design consistency and respond to the resident with its findings, allowing the resident to revise the request and resubmit. - The HFAC will review the revised request and vote by majority for approval or not. The HFAC’s response shall be sent to the resident within 30 days of its submission.
- If the HFAC so desires, an architectural consultant may be retained for the review prior to response.
- The HFAC shall ensure the recordation of the request, discussion, and decision in HFCA files.
